For a long time, I treated clean tone as little more than a utility — something to get through before returning to crunch and lead sounds.

This preset comes from a different mindset.

Instead of building a clean around effects or polish, this tone focuses on feel, dynamics, and response first — the things that make a clean tone actually enjoyable to play.

The goal here is a clean tone that:

feels responsive and dynamic under the fingers

handles spanky rhythm, chorusy chords, and expressive single-note playing

works musically even with effects bypassed

This preset is demonstrated on Fractal devices and is designed to be practical, musical, and reliable — not a fragile or overly polished clean that falls apart outside of one context.
